Santana Barbosa Days santanabd@ uol.com.br SUMMARY This work has as objective to present the results of a study of qualitative matrix, concerning the program Profuncionrio carried through for the Regional Direction of Education of Miracema of the Tocantins. The adopted methodology was the Bibliographical Research, Documentary Research and the Research of Field. The instruments of collection of data had been: questionnaire opened for the pupils who are registered 2010 and Interview half-structuralized for the former-pupils. The data had disclosed that the program Profuncionrio? Course Technician of Formation for the Employees of the Education takes care of the politics of the Federal Government with actions of intervention that consist of a set of theoretician-practical activities, investigativas and reflexivas, with the objective to offer professional formation and to contribute for the formation of the professional identity of the employees of the education not professors. The analysis of the data demonstrated that the professional formation of the technician in education is related when knowing when making of the pertaining to school routine and that the study it will be able to reconstruct its practical and to relate it the pertaining to school work, reflecting on it and starting to contribute with other elements of the education, being provided the necessary condition to its social responsibility in the educative process. The formation of Profuncionrio considers an overcoming with regard to formation and the construction of the more conscientious professional identity of its paper. However, in the vision of the participants of this research Profuncionrio assists in the understanding of the function who exert, its structure based on the reality of the employees and of the educational necessities he aims at to get the institucional recognition of course technician in education. .
